What we collect and why
-
Bookings. Your name, email, phone and booking details, so we can book and run your training sessions. Lawful basis: contract. We keep them for 6 years after your last booking, for tax records.
-
Payments. Your payment details, so we can take payment through Wix Payments. We never see or store your full card number. Lawful basis: contract, and legal obligation (tax). Wix Payments holds this data.
-
Members, groups and events. Your member account, group posts and event RSVPs, so we can run the Members Workout Zone, groups and events. Lawful basis: contract. We keep them until you close your account, plus 12 months.
-
Quizzes and forms. Your answers to the Strength Test, Workstats and enquiry forms, so we can give you results and reply to you. Lawful basis: legitimate interests. We keep them for 12 months.
-
Data Sense Maker surveys. Your answers, plus your name or email only if you choose to add them. We use them to share overall results in our posts and e-magazine (never your individual answers), and to contact you only if you asked us to. Lawful basis: legitimate interests for answers; consent for your name and email. We keep raw answers for 12 months, then only the anonymous totals.
-
The ivitars' e-magazine. Your name and email, plus whether you open or click our emails, so we can send you the e-magazine you signed up for and see which issues are read. Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We keep them until you unsubscribe.
-
WhatsApp messages. If you message us using the WhatsApp button, whatever you choose to send, so we can reply. Lawful basis: legitimate interests. We keep messages only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
-
Cookies and site usage. See the cookie notice below.
